How does pre-arrival delivery work?
Complete the order form and send us your shopping list. We will shop and stock your kitchen before you arrive
If you’re staying at a hotel or vacation rental, we will coordinate access with the company so we can stock your kitchen prior to your arrival. Not ready with your grocery list? That’s okay, you can send us you list later, but we recommend reserving your delivery slot today.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are also family owned and operated. When pre-stocking your Tahoe home or rental. we wear shoe covers, and meticulously take the utmost care and attention to detail.
What’s your availability?
Our shopping concierge service is available to deliver anything you need 7 days a week 11am-9pm.

For Pre-arrival Delivery
We can deliver your order before your arrival with 24 hours advance notice.

Where do you deliver?
We are based out of Truckee, and serve all of North Lake Tahoe to Incline Village, and west shore to Tahoma.

What are the most popular grocery stores in Truckee?
Safeway (a.k.a Albertson’s/Vons and carries all household staples)
Raley’s O-N-E Market (Carries the same products as Whole Foods)
We can shop + deliver from any store, and will go to multiple stores if necessary to fulfill your list.
Can I request a particular grocery store?
Of course! If an item on your list is out of stock at that store, your personal shopper will make multiple stops at other stores to find the item you need.
What’s the difference between you and Instacart?
There’s really no comparison. We offer full service bespoke concierge personal shopping and home pre-stocking. It’s not just a delivery service, it’s Just Better Delivery™.
Do I pick grocery items and add them to a cart to checkout?
We want ordering to be as simple as possible, so we don’t have thousands of items on our website to sift through. Send us your list in the order form, text it to us (or text us a picture of mom’s hand-written recipe) — our team will source anything and everything you need during your stay.
Can I send you screenshots of my Instacart/grocery store list?
Yes, simply select the “I’ll text or email you my shopping list” option on the order form and send your screenshots to 530-430-3550.
I’m arriving today, can you still deliver before I arrive?
We offer same day delivery, but we may not have enough time to get it there before you check-in. If you’re arriving today, you will be prompted on the order form to select a time from the available delivery windows. Bring in your suitcases, and head out to dinner. We’ll have your kitchen stocked before you’re back.
What if I need to cancel my delivery?
There is no cancellation fee if the order is cancelled prior to the time we have shopped for your request(s). If we have already shopped, there will be a penalty fee of the service charge plus the cost of any items that the store will not accept for return. If we have already delivered, your order is non-refundable.
